Designing a complex system for a real customer. The system is a platform that is used like the Waze navigation software in the supermarket for an amazing and fast shopping experience.

It has happened to each of us that after finishing shopping at the supermarket, he remembers that he forgot to buy something and had to go back to the other end of the store for one thing that is on the shopping list, which causes repeated rounds between the shelves, and waste of precious time. and searching for products whose department is unknown. With buy waze this will not happen.

Research
All the people reported a case where they were looking for a product that they didn't know where it was, Most people think they waste at least 5 minutes wandering around the supermarket
More than half of the people make a list in advance, but not in the order of the shelves in the supermarket.
About 30% report shopping at the supermarket as an exhausting and tiring experience
From the interviews we came to the conclusion that the system can indeed be useful and save time and effort
